How excited I am to be able to share all the remarkable things I learn every day from people that I come in contact with.

Chicken hardy

Easy skillet chicken.

This is so simple and so good!

In one cup of chicken broth,  add 6 to 8 chicken tenders or 4 chicken breast, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes on high heat until broth is reduced. Sprinkle the chicken with garlic powder, black pepper and herbs that you like.

I love Herbes De Provence which is just sage, savory, and thyme, rosemary, marjoram and lavender.

Brown gently on both sides and serve with Mary Beth's Salad (found on my diet page) a vegetable of your choice and enjoy.  Simple, filling and fast! Feeds  4 people. Chicken should have an internal degree of 155 to 160 to be done.
