3 oz soaked almonds.

5 oz. water

Soak the almonds overnight in water,

Pineapple juice or apple juice


After soaking, blend 2 minutes.

This can be flavored with honey, maple syrup,

Vanilla, carob powder or fruit


A protein powder can also be blended with it.

To make more than one serving, double or triple amounts of almonds and water.
