CREAMED CUCUMBERS

5 CUCUMBERS PEELED AND SLICED THINLY

1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED

1 CUP MAYONNAISE

1/4 CUP EVAPORATED MILK

1/4 CUP VINEGAR

2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR

1 TEASPOON DRIED PARSLEY FLAKES

1 TEASPOON SALT

1/4 TEASPOON GARLIC SALT

1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER

1/4 TEASPOON ONION SALT.

COMBINE CUCUMBERS AND ONIONS, COVER AND LET STAND FOR 1 HOUR. COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER CUCUMBERS AND ONIONS AND MIX WELL. REFRIGERATE SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
