Heavenly Pork

Equal amounts of Kosher salt and Liquid Smoke.

I usually use 1/4 cup of each mixed together and basted thick on a pork roast, tenderloin or boneless chops. 

A crock pot is wonderful for this recipe. Slow cooked until the meat is fork tender and about to fall apart, this recipe will make you the hit of any dinner. I usually cook on high for one hour and then at least 5 hours on low.

If you want it faster, cook on high for at least 2 hours for a roast 2 pounds or more. Pork should have an internal degree of 155. You can also bake in the over for 2 hours or 155 degrees.

The au jus will be salty but a little drizzle is good.
