Linda’s Spanish rice

1 Cup Onions and Bell Pepper Sautéed

Add to Onion and Bell Pepper:

1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Chilies

1 Teaspoon Chili Powder

Dash of Garlic

1 Teaspoon crushed Red Pepper

Dash of Cumin

Approximately 2/3 cup Tomato Juice.

Cover and simmer 30 Minutes.

Add 3 Cups of Instant Rice and mix together.
