2 cups shelled pecans

1 cup pitted dates

Flaked coconut

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

2 eggs

Grind pecans and dates finely. Mix with 2 cups coconut, sugar and eggs.

Shape mixture with fingers into rolls 4 inches long and ½ inch thick.

Roll in flaked coconut.

Place rolls on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated moderate oven (350) for 10 to 12 minutes.

Makes about 3 dozen.
